What you are asking is an impossibility, as there isn't anything "anonymous" about Peer 2 Peer applications.
The very nature of P2P is open, public, and so not anonymous. These types of apps are open to everyone and are not private in any way shape of form.
Sorry to tell you this, but if you use one or more of these types of applications, you will have to take the same risks everyone else does, the risk of getting caught downloading copy protected media.
