Ive got frostware and use torrent-find and isohunt. I reckon Ive got gnutella and torrents pretty much covered. Am I missing something though? Are there other searches I should be doing to make sure Im covering all the file-sharing options when Im looking for hard to get files?

There are programs that will search multiple networks. Here is one to try. I have found the edonkey network have more hard to find video that torrents.

I have windows xp with windows media player, real player and other media player but the file type was not recognise. An example of the file name is : mvs-thisisbad, r14 and the file type name is R14. It follows this theme for all of the scenes of the movie i.e. scene 1 is R1 etc. I have searched the internet but cant find anythin to tell me how to convert the file to something my computer understands, it think the r is some sort of file extension because the files originally came in RAR compressed format. Please help!

Take the movie, right click it and select "Rename". If the .r1 etc is in there, type in .avi
