What are seeders?
Torrenting works by sharing files through your computer, you create a torrent and people download from your computer, you are hosting the file. Seeders are people who have already downloaded the file from you and people are downloading from them too. The more seeders, the more people that have the file and are sharing it, the faster the download 
So if you download a torrent please seed, seeding starts automatically after thhe torrent is done.
What are leechers?
Leechers are people that don’t have the entire file, only parts of it. SO if there are 0 seeders and some leechers, you might never finish the download.
You’re a leecher until the download completes, then you’re a seeder.

How can you send a picture to someone over the Internet? How can you send a video to someone over the Internet? We have hundreds of files. We have photos and videos that we want to share with people long distance. However, this is becoming more and more of a problem because those files are so large but yet our email cant upload such large files and most P2P networks take hours or even days to transfer those files to our friends and family. So what do you do?
Well, there is a company that has come up with a solution to this and its called GigaTribe. Think of it as Facebook for your hard drive. You can create your own network, invite your friends and family on, and share your photos, video, and other large files with them.
GigaTribe is a software that allows you to share large files with others, quickly and easily. You simply download the software, invite your friends to do the same and connect with them, then open your folders on your computer to share and thats it - your friends and family now have access to those folders on your computer and can begin downloading through GigaTribe. This video was made in response to a lot of questions I’ve been asked regarding how to do something, what program to use, etc. Some of it is “beginner”-type stuff, especially at the beginning, but just bear with it, it gets better towards the end. And if nothing else, you get to spend about nine minutes jamming to the immortal Ennio Morricone, so it shouldn’t be a total loss! It contains all the websites and programs I use to make my vids, and is the end result of a LOT of “googling”. I googled so you don’t have to!
To my knowledge all these sites/software are safe; at least I haven’t had any problems with any of them.
A brief word about Peer Guardian 2. I received a nasty phone call from the Motion Picture ociation some time ago. Seems they were rather upset with me downloading movies that were still in the theaters! They gave me the ol’ “Blah blah prison sentence blah blah heavy fine yada-yada-yada” routine, and actually convinced Roadrunner to terminate my service(temporarily). If I’d had PG2 then, that conversation would’ve never happened. Since installing it, I have been AMAZED to find out just how much traffic was going in and out of my computer. Not any more! Now I wonder how I ever got by without it. If downloading movies/music is your thing, I can’t stress how important it is that you get this program. It is second only to a good anti-virus program.
